Marketing Operations Specialist Reports to: Marketing Manager Location: Marietta, GA Full Time | On Site About BCS Bulk Chemical Services (BCS) is a specialty chemical manufacturer serving industries including mining, mineral and ore processing, porcelain tile, water treatment, paper, concrete, and industrial manufacturing. We pride ourselves on customer service, dependable quality and performance, and lasting relationships. Corporate offices are located in Marietta, and manufacturing is in Sandersville, GA. We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Marketing Operations Specialist to support our marketing, sales, and business operations. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys balancing creative projects with data, systems, and process improvement. You’ll work directly with company leadership and have the opportunity to make an impact across multiple areas of the business. Responsibilities Marketing Operations & Project Coordination Manage market analysis, market expansion, and product line performance projects Coordinate regulatory compliance, including EPA product and state registrations. Coordinate promotional materials, customer communications, and product launches Coordinate trade shows Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines Reporting & Business Analytics Maintain sales and marketing reports Analyze customer, product, and sales data Develop dashboards and identify business trends Support strategic sales & marketing initiatives ERP & Business Systems Syspro ERP: pricing and customer maintenance Support & build databases and reporting tools Assist with data management and process improvement projects Provide general support for cross-functional business initiatives Content & Graphic Design Design brochures, technical literature, advertisements, presentations, and digital marketing materials Maintain online presence and brand guidelines Manage relationships with external creative partners Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry , Marketing, Business, or a related field required. Professional experience is preferred but not required. Outstanding recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong organization al skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly motivated , curious, and eager to learn new technologies, systems, and industries. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel . Experience with Canva, Adobe, Microsoft Access, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), ERP systems (e.g., Syspro or SAP), SQL, Power BI, or similar business systems is a plus, but not required.
