Life insurance plays a central role in our growth strategy, and we invest heavily in supporting producers who want to build a long-term, high-earning career.

We are seeking a motivated Life Insurance Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will sell and cross-sell life insurance policies to both personal and commercial clients, leveraging a large property-casualty book of business.

Commission-only pay with bonuses, expected first-year earnings of $60-$80,000 with top performers earning $100,000+

Responsibilities

Sell 50 to 75 life insurance policies per year
Cross-sell life insurance to existing personal lines clients
Cross-sell life insurance to current business clients
Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions
Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

Prior life insurance or financial sales experience
Strong knowledge of life insurance products and financial planning principles
Proven ability to prospect, close sales, and meet production goals
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and follow-through
Required life insurance license
