OBGYN Generalist

Morlen Health is currently seeking a Board Certified or Eligible OBGYN Physician to join the Salmon Creek team in Vancouver, Washington. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for women's health and the ability to provide high-quality, comprehensive care to patients. This physician will join an integrated and compassionate team of physicians, nurse midwives, and supportive clinical and administrative staff, providing a mix of both obstetrics and gynecology services while enjoying 24/7 backup on the L&D unit.

The Salmon Creek clinic is comprised of twelve OBGYN physicians. This position takes call at Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center, where there is support from a Legacy OB Hospitalist and a Kaiser Permanente back-up system 24/7. The hospital features a Level III NICU and on-site anesthesia with an average of 70 deliveries per month.

• Shared call coverage amongst a group of 14 physicians
• Perform scheduled GYN surgeries at Kaiser Sunnyside Medical Center
• Work with a highly skilled, collegial, and dedicated team focused on a patient-centered approach to care
• Access to a physician-friendly advanced Epic EMR

Minimum Requirements:

• Board Certified or Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Your Total Rewards:

The annual salary for this position is $370,500-$417,600. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as an applicant's skills and qualifications, education and certifications, training, relevant clinical experience, market data, geographic location, internal equity, FTE, and other job-related factors.

In addition to base pay, Morlen Health offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage; retirement benefits; paid time off; paid holidays; and other benefits and programs. • Base salary range: $345,000-$392,100
• Lifestyle stipend: $25,500 annually
• Sign-on bonus $25,000
• Relocation allowance available - up to $15,000
