Plant and Value Chain Optimization Director

As Plant and Value Chain Optimization Director at Drax, you will lead end-to-end optimization of our energy generation assets and value chain. You will design and execute strategies that enhance plant performance, supply resilience, and cost efficiency while supporting Drax’s zero-carbon mission. Partnering with executive, engineering, and commercial leaders, you will use data, advanced analytics, and best-in-class process improvement to reduce emissions, improve reliability, and unlock sustainable value across our operations and markets.
