Evike.com is the largest airsoft retailer in North America, serving a passionate community of players, collectors, and enthusiasts across e-commerce and retail locations in California, Texas, Nevada, and Pennsylvania. We live and breathe airsoft — and we're looking for someone who does too.
Role OverviewWe're looking for a creative, hands-on Content Creator & Social Media Manager to lead video production and social media content for the Evike brand. This is a full-ownership role — you'll develop the content strategy, shoot and edit video, manage our social channels, and help grow one of the most recognized names in the airsoft world. Ideal candidates are active in the hobby and understand what resonates with the community.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy
- Develop and manage a monthly content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
- Identify trending formats, sounds, and topics within the airsoft and tactical hobby space
- Align content strategy with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
Video Production & Editing
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
- Produce longer-form content including product reviews, unboxings, field day coverage, and tutorials
- Handle all post-production: color grading, captions, sound design, motion graphics as needed
- Maintain a consistent visual style and brand voice across all video content
Social Media Management
- Own day-to-day management of all Evike social media accounts
- Engage with comments, DMs, and the broader airsoft community
- Monitor performance analytics and report on KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR)
- Coordinate with influencer partners and content creators for collaborations and seeding
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with the product/catalog team to feature new and trending SKUs
- Support retail store locations with localized content and event coverage
- Assist with campaign shoots, promotional assets, and ad creative as needed
Required
- 2–4 years of experience in social media content creation, video production, or a related role
- Strong short-form video shooting and editing skills (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar)
- Proven track record of growing or managing a social media presence
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts algorithms and best practices
- Strong written communication and storytelling ability
- Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
Preferred
- Active airsoft player or enthusiast — genuine passion for the hobby is a major plus
- Experience with tactical, gaming, outdoor, or hobby brand content
- Familiarity with influencer outreach and creator partnerships
- Basic photography skills for product and lifestyle content
- Experience with Sprout Social, Later, or similar scheduling/analytics platforms
