Job Category Retail Position Summary The Automotive Retail Salesperson is a dynamic, sales‑focused role crucial to our team's success. This position involves providing exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone, meeting and exceeding customer needs, building strong relationships, promoting products and services, and establishing clear time commitments for service appointments. The Retail Salesperson also conducts transaction procedures with precision and efficiency, ensuring a seamless experience for customers throughout their visit. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about sales and customer service in a fast‑paced automotive retail environment. Pay Range $17.60 – $26.29 Compensation Practices Bridgestone is committed to fair and lawful compensation practices. All employees receive pay that meets or exceeds the applicable minimum wage requirements. Responsibilities Operate as a motivated sales individual. Build customer satisfaction and loyalty. Merchandise, advertise, and promote products and services. Respond energetically to every customer, on the phone and in the store. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Desire to succeed in a retail environment. Two years of consumer retail sales experience. Ability to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty. Problem‑solving skills related to customer complaints.
