Job Description
Manage all phases of mission-critical projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution. Oversee installation and integration of complex MEP systems within data center environments. Ensure compliance with stringent safety and quality standards. Collaborate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and technical teams to meet project objectives. Monitor budgets, timelines, and risk management strategies to ensure successful delivery.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented leader with deep experience in mission-critical construction. They possess strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and data center infrastructure, combined with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. This person thrives under pressure, anticipates challenges, and delivers projects with precision and efficiency. Familiarity with advanced scheduling tools and a commitment to safety and quality are essential.
- 7+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a focus on mission-critical or data center projects.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and critical infrastructure requirements.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex projects.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.).
