Systems Specialist PTC Windchill / Change Management

Job Title: Systems Specialist PTC Windchill / Change Management Location: Bothell, WA 98021 Duration: 6 Months Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite/week) Job Summary Seeking a Systems Specialist with experience in PTC Windchill PLM administration and engineering change management in a regulated environment. The role will support PLM administration, document control, design control processes, audit readiness, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure data integrity and compliance. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain PTC Windchill PLM, including user access, security, and business objects. Manage engineering change processes (Change Requests, Change Notices, Problem Reports). Maintain controlled documents, CAD data, parts, BOMs, products, libraries, and projects. Support Design History Files (DHF), Device Master Records (DMR), and document control activities. Ensure proper version control, metadata, and release of engineering documentation. Support internal/external audits, traceability reporting, CAPA, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Project Management, and other cross-functional teams. Participate in PLM system enhancements, validation, and continuous process improvements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3 5 years of experience administering or supporting PTC Windchill PLM. Experience in engineering change management, document control, and design control processes. Strong understanding of regulated environments and quality systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications Experience in medical device or other highly regulated industries. Knowledge of DHF, DMR, MLO, and engineering documentation. Experience with Windchill workflows, lifecycle management, and PLM-ERP/CAD integrations (e.g., SAP). Experience supporting audits and regulatory compliance activities.
