We are currently seeking a Network Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Networking  & AI Automation Engineer with strong expertise in the SolarWinds Orion Platform , AI-driven network operations , and enterprise networking . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing and monitoring enterprise networks using SolarWinds, leveraging AI modules to automate incident detection and orchestration, while possessing solid operational knowledge of Cisco routing, switching, wireless, and Fortinet security solutions.

Required Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the SolarWinds Orion Platform , including NPM, NCM, NTA, IPAM, UDT, alert management, dashboards, reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Experience using AI/AIOps capabilities for intelligent event correlation, predictive analytics, automated incident detection, and orchestration.
• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise networking , including:
• Cisco Routing & Switching
• OSPF, BGP, VLANs, STP, HSRP, QoS
• Cisco Wireless (9800 WLC and Access Points)
• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, SNMP
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet FortiGate Firewalls , including Security Policies, SSL VPN, IPsec VPN, SD-WAN, High Availability (HA), and basic troubleshooting.
• Experience integrating SolarWinds with ITSM or automation platforms using REST APIs, webhooks, or orchestration tools.
• Basic knowledge of Python scripting for API integration and automation is preferred but not mandatory.
