About the Role Do you have a passion for creating impactful email campaigns that drive growth and build strong client relationships? We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to run Klaviyo campaigns and flows for our clients. You’ll build, write, QA, send, and report. You’ll work from a strategy doc or direction from a lead, then turn it into great emails that ship on time and perform. You’ll also help keep clients confident through clean updates and solid follow-through. Responsibilities Build & manage Klaviyo campaigns: Create, launch, and optimize weekly campaigns. Build & manage Klaviyo flows: Set up and improve core automations (welcome, abandon cart, browse, post-purchase, winback). Copywriting: Write clear, persuasive email copy that matches each brand’s voice and offer. Execution & QA: Own the details: links, segmentation, rendering, mobile checks, tracking, and deliverability basics. A/B testing: Run structured tests on subject lines, offers, angles, and creative. Track results and apply learnings. Reporting: Share simple performance summaries and insights (what worked, what didn’t, what we’ll do next). Client comms (email channel): Respond to email/SMS channel questions, flag risks, and keep work moving. Collaborate on design: Work with designers to brief layouts, provide copy direction, and ensure the final email feels on-brand. Continuous improvement: Stay current on Klaviyo features and email best practices, then apply them. About You Organized and reliable, you manage multiple campaigns with ease, ensuring each one meets high-quality standards.
