CRM Marketing Specialist

Build, QA, schedule, and deploy multi-channel promotional and broadcast campaigns across Email and SMS Build, manage, and refine dynamic, behavioral, and demographic audience segments Execute A/B and multivariate tests on subject lines, send times, copy, creative modules, promotional offers, and CTAs Develop and maintain routine competitor reviews and benchmarking Monitor sender reputation, bounce rates, unsubscribe rates, and compliance with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and CTIA guidelines Track and analyze CRM metrics and maintain campaign performance tracking Share actionable performance takeaways with broader marketing stakeholders Partner with copywriters, designers, and merchandising teams to coordinate creative assets and promotional calendars Ensure on-brand campaign execution Requirements 2–5 years of hands-on experience in CRM, email marketing, SMS marketing, and audience segmentation Prior experience in fashion retail, eCommerce, or DTC space strongly desired Hands-on proficiency with marketing automation, ESP, and SMS platforms such as Attentive, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, or Braze Strong understanding of customer data logic, list management, and cohort building Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template adjustments and dynamic content blocks Comfort working with Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, and platform dashboards High attention to detail Proactive problem-solving ability Strong organizational skills to manage high-volume campaign calendars Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in CRM, Email Marketing, and SMS Marketing, with a strong focus on audience segmentation and campaign performance analysis.
