Manufacturing Technician
Our client, a leading automotive and industrial component supplier, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing support team supporting quality production and process efficiency. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Location: Trenton, OH
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 6:40 am - 3:00 pm Monday - Friday
- 2nd Shift: 2:40 pm - 11:00 pm Monday - Friday
- 3rd Shift: 10:30 pm - 7:00 am Sunday - Thursday
What's the Job?
- Perform visual and gage inspections to ensure quality parts are produced and assembled according to standards.
- Operate and support various production equipment such as extrusion presses, punch presses, CNC machines, saws, and deburring tools.
- Maintain safety standards and adhere to all safety policies during production activities.
- Pack finished parts into containers as specified, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing ideas on safety, quality, and productivity enhancements.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- 1-3 years of machine operating and troubleshooting experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, robotics, and electrical systems is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team environment.
