Customer Service Specialist

$16 - $18 per hour

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our team! Are you creative? Do you think outside the box? This job may be the perfect fit! We are looking for an energetic, self motivated and detailed oriented individual who enjoys a fast paced environment.

We specialize in high end crystal and acrylic awards, plaques, engraved gifts, screen printing, embroidery, trophies and medals and more. Help customers create and design to bring their vision to life.

Hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Saturday and Sunday off. Must be available during these hours. Individual must have a valid VA driver's license and their own car.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in retail sales & service
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have excellent memory; willing to study/memorize our products/services
Proficient with technology; specifically iPads and computers
Interest or general knowledge of sports is beneficial

Responsibilities:

Taking and inputting customer orders
Answering the phone and emails
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
This is not a sit down job; will be expected to get hands on and assist in production when needed

Job Type: Full Time or Part Time

Pay: $16 - $18 per hour

Expected hours: 30+
