Supervisor

Position Summary The Supervisor oversees assigned shifts or departments at Score Entertainment to ensure excellent guest service, team performance, safety, and smooth operations. Primary Duties Lead team members during assigned shifts. Monitor attraction areas, front desk flow, or food and beverage service. Resolve minor guest issues and escalate when necessary. Enforce safety rules, cleanliness standards, and company procedures. Assist managers with daily checklists, breaks, team direction, and shift coverage. Help ensure guests have a positive and safe experience. Qualifications 1–3 years of leadership or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and decision‑making skills. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced guest‑facing environment. Ability to motivate staff and remain calm under pressure. Must be dependable and available for weekends and holidays.
