Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Hybrid Remote

Location: The Woodlands, TX and Surrounding Areas (Hybrid Option Available)

Your Role and Impact

As a BCBA at Cortica, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You'll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences. What you'll love about this role:

• Achievable Targets: You'll average 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks to ensure a manageable workload.
• Industry-Leading Dual Bonus Program: Enjoy two separate bonus opportunities that reward your impact and leadership. - Productivity Bonus: Increase your earning potential through flexible productivity incentives designed to reward additional billable hours while maintaining work-life balance. - ABA Caseload Bonus: Earn additional monthly bonus opportunities based on ABA direct service hours billed and converted within your POD, with bonus potential up to 10% of monthly base salary.
• Growth and Advancement Opportunities: You'll have the chance to advance through BCBA levels I, II, III, and IV, increasing your leadership impact along the way. At BCBA levels III and IV, productivity targets are reduced to 22, allowing you to focus on developing leadership skills, cultivating other talents, and exploring broader professional interests.
• Autonomy over Your Schedule: You'll have full control over when and where you supervise your cases, empowering you to design a schedule that works for you.
• Administrative Support: Focus on what you do bestclinical carewhile our dedicated team handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing, leaving you with more time to focus on your work and patients.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Master's degree in human services or a related field.
• Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
