General Radiologist w/Interventional Radiology

Radiology Partners Bluegrass is seeking a Daytime General Radiologist with light procedural skills to join their expanding and highly collaborative practice in the Lexington, Kentucky region. This role offers exceptional compensation, predictable weekday hours, and a diverse case mix within a physician-led, supportive environment. Interpretation across two established hospital sites in the Lexington region

Responsibilities

General diagnostic radiology across CT, MRI, ultrasound, neuro, and body imaging
Light procedures including thoracentesis, paracentesis, biopsies, and fluoroscopy
Collaboration with advanced practice providers (APPs) for workflow support
Participation in a team-based environment focused on quality and efficiency
Opportunity to contribute to leadership and operational improvement initiatives

Compensation

$630,000 base salary + production incentive
$100,000 in sign-on and retention bonuses
1-year pathway to partnership
Unlimited moonlighting opportunities for additional income
Annual discretionary bonus

Shift & Schedule

Day/1st Shift
Full-time (30+ hrs/week)

Requirements

Residency trained in Diagnostic Radiology
Board Certified or Board Eligible by ABR or AOBR
Light procedural capability preferred
Eligible for Kentucky medical licensure
