General Radiologist with Procedures

Radiology Partners is seeking a full-time General Radiologist for an on-site position in Bowling Green, KY, with a partnership track option. This role involves procedure work and offers the flexibility of remote diagnostic weekends. The successful candidate will join a physician-led group covering 13 hospitals and 17 imaging centers, contributing to outstanding patient care through a collaborative approach.

• On-site General Radiologist comfortable with procedure work
• Subspecialty help available with dedicated readers for MSK, Neuro, & Peds cases with complexity beyond general skillsets
• Covers 13 hospitals and 17 imaging centers across Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky
• Physician-led and highly collegial group
• Located 60 miles north of Nashville and 110 miles south of Louisville

Responsibilities

• Perform procedure work including PICC lines, paracentesis, thoracentesis, core biopsies, fine needle aspirations, thyroid biopsies, lumbar puncture, myelograms, arthrograms, abscess drainage, nephrostomy and biliary tube placement, and fluoroscopy procedures
• Handle 8-10 patient facing cases in a normal day
• Participate in approximately 1 overnight Dx call shift every 3 weeks

Compensation

• Salary range for this position is $600,000-$900,000
• Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus

Shift & Schedule

• Full-time (30+ hrs/week)
• Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• 10 remote Dx weekends annually (210 shifts)
• Approximately 1 overnight call shift every 3 weeks
• Part-time Partner and Associate Physician options also available

Requirements

• Experience with PICC lines, paracentesis, thoracentesis, core biopsies, fine needle aspirations, thyroid biopsies, lumbar puncture, myelograms, arthrograms, abscess drainage, nephrostomy and biliary tube placement, and fluoroscopy procedures
• A plus if experienced with kyphoplasty, vertebroplasty, and pain management procedures such as epidural steroid injections
• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy
• Residency trained in the practice of Diagnostic Radiology
• Board certified/eligible by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
• Licensed in or have the ability to be licensed in the state of TN and KY
