Field Services Technician

BAMCo is seeking a reliable and self-motivated Field Service Technician to perform preventative maintenance (PMs), basic repairs, and DOT inspections on customer fleets. This is a customer-facing role requiring professionalism, technical skill, and strong time management. You’ll be the face of BAMCo on job sites—trusted to deliver high-quality service with safety, accuracy, and integrity. Key Responsibilities Perform scheduled preventative maintenance services on trailers and equipment Complete basic mechanical repairs in the field Conduct DOT inspections to ensure safety and compliance Use BAMCo’s CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to log work and manage tasks Maintain a daily schedule and communicate clearly with dispatch and customers Represent BAMCo professionally while on customer worksites Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized service vehicle What We’re Looking For Experience in trailer maintenance, mechanical repair, or related field preferred Ability to work independently and manage your time and schedule effectively Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable with mobile technology and digital work order systems (CMMS) Drug and alcohol free, with commitment to a safe work environment Clean driving record and valid driver’s license No criminal convictions; background check required Safety-minded, respectful, and professional at all times on customer property Level Up Skill Training and Tuition Reimbursement Competitive hourly pay + performance incentives Company service truck and tools provided Ongoing training and certification opportunities Work Arrangement Onsite field-based role with independent scheduling #J-18808-Ljbffr
