Program Manager - Global Brand & Communications PMO

The Global Brand & Communications PMO team keeps the whole Brand, Communications, Marketing, and CSR organization running, including systems, budgets, planning cycles, cross-functional projects, and the tentpole moments that no single team can run alone.We translate fast-moving global agendas into clear workflows, well-run campaigns, and decisions leaders can actually make. You will work directly with leaders across Communications, Marketing, CSR, Finance, Legal, HR, and Product, and get a front-row seat to how a global brand really operates, not just how it presents itself.The Global Brand & Comms Operations team creates the operational foundation that enables Global Brand & Comms to do its best work. As strategic partners, the team builds the systems, standards, and ways of working that drive clarity, consistency, speed, and operational excellence across the organization. Working across Global Communications, Global CSR, and Global Marketing, we connect teams, align cross-functional partners, and ensure work moves forward efficiently and strategically around the world. The team also serves as a liaison to key XFN partners, including Procurement, Finance, Legal and Human Resources. Though individually based in AMS, APAC, and EMEA, we operate as one global PMO team with shared ways of working.PMOs work to seamlessly integrate strategy and operations to drive consistency across the Global Brand & Comms department. You help connect dots and strengthen information sharing, so teams are able to drive stronger results for the business. This includes department-level operations as well as projects that span Global Comms, Global CSR, and Global Marketing. All PMOs on the Operations team have both global and regional accountability. The role is rooted in cross-functional project management, problem-solving and planning, and organization and management of key initiatives. PMOs play a strong role in supporting both the operational functions of the department and teams within it, while also helping to manage external campaigns. It's important to think quickly and adapt to change in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.Responsibilities- Lead project management of key projects and facilitate seamless communication between project teams, executives and cross-functional partners, while building strong relationships throughout the company- Proactively identify areas for process improvement across the Brand and Communications teams and implement solutions- Coordinate, manage, and support special projects for department leaders, ensuring timely and efficient execution- Support strategic initiatives with relevant Global Brand & Communications partners to aid in decision making- Streamline processes and workflows to drive efficiencies to enable teams to operate at scale- Organize and manage team and department-wide meetings as needed- Provide project support for teams as needed across Finance, Procurement, Legal- Collaborate with the broader PMO team on a variety of projects and campaigns including but not limited to: improving and maintaining department resources and documents, onboarding of new team members and agencies, knowledge sharing across the department and more.Minimum Qualification(s)- Experience handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining a high level of professionalism required- Demonstrated working experience in Communications, Marketing, project management and/or an operations-focused role- Exceptional project management and operations skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and drive strong execution in a fast-paced environment- Strong presentation skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role- Exceptional listening, problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills- Respect for and desire to learn from other cultures- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related fieldsPreferred Qualification(s)- Extraordinary organizational skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with other stakeholder teams as well as executive leadership- Experience working in a global capacity and with global companies- Experience with project management and/or database toolsReq ID: A31919A
