Senior Director, Clinical Business Planning

Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Director to lead clinical business planning and financial strategy for its oncology development portfolio. The role oversees budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and vendor management to align clinical priorities with funded operating plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, reforecasting, and long-range financial planning for Clinical Operations
• Oversee study budget builds and maintain estimates to completion and total projected costs
• Own Clinical Operations capacity planning aligned with study milestones and portfolio priorities
• Manage vendor financial performance and contract research organization oversight
• Provide financial recommendations on spending, capacity, and risk to clinical leadership

Requirements

• Experience leading clinical trial budgeting and financial forecasting
• Demonstrated ability to manage large departmental and study budgets
• Strong financial planning and resource capacity management skills
• Experience partnering across clinical, finance, and operational functions
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams in regulated environments
