Highlights Location: Neptune, NJ Facility: Jersey Shore University Medical Center Schedule: Part‑time, Night shift What You’ll Do Deliver nursing practices according to evidence‑based research and standards of care. Communicate ongoing patient status and treatment plans with healthcare team members. Administer medications using advanced bar‑scanning and documentation technologies. Document patient assessments, plans of care, interventions, and evaluations electronically. Provide patient and family‑centered education to optimize health and wellness. Participate in multi‑disciplinary discharging of patients for safe transitions.
