HR Data Specialist

HR Data Specialist Works closely with the HR Capability Center team to ensure timely processing and integrity of data entered into Workday Human Capital Management System (HCM). Responsibilities Maintain and approve employee records (e.g., transfers, personal information, title changes) entered in Workday. Complete new hire transactions in Workday HCM after candidate reaches Ready to Hire status. Support execution of employee movements, status changes, payroll, benefits/leaves, performance check‑ins, and compensation by maintaining accurate and timely data. Ensure integrity of employee records and Workday data, assuring legal and regulatory compliance. Maintain supervisory organizations, organization assignments, and position titles in Workday. Perform weekly payroll reconciliation, review audit reports, analyze discrepancies, and process updates. Review integration kick‑out reports from various systems and update Workday accordingly. Participate in ad‑hoc projects and execute additional duties as assigned. Help enhance and improve myBMS content/FAQs and Local Work Instructions (LWIs) based on feedback. Identify, troubleshoot, and appropriately escalates issues. Make process recommendations to achieve operational excellence. Engage in scheduled and ad‑hoc training to improve process acumen and apply learnings to execution. Collaborate within HR team and with functional teams to drive improvements and consistency for key HR processes and achieve Turn‑Around‑Time (TAT) and First Level Resolution (FLR) goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or minimum 4 years of experience in HR or related field. Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to excel in a fast‑paced and continuously changing environment. Detail oriented with focus on accuracy and quality. Proficient with MS Excel and data manipulation; ability to learn required business systems. Fast learner who can apply knowledge effectively. Effective team collaborator. Knowledge of Workday. Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, or French (beyond English) is desirable. Experience in an HR Shared Services delivery model. Experience working in multi‑cultural/multi‑country environment. Compensation Location: Tampa, FL – US. Salary range: $58,060 – $70,349. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities may be available.
