Litigation Attorney

We represent closely held companies, entrepreneurs, and wealthy families across Southern California in business litigation, real property disputes, and employment defense matters. The Opportunity We are seeking a litigation attorney with at least five years of experience who is comfortable leading cases and managing litigation from start to finish. This role is well suited for attorneys who want meaningful responsibility, client interaction, and the opportunity to take a first‑chair role in cases. Responsibilities Develop case strategy and lead matters through resolution Take and defend depositions Draft and argue motions Represent clients in mediations and arbitrations Prepare for and participate in trial when necessary Communicate directly with clients and collaborate with attorneys and paralegals Qualifications At least five years of litigation experience California Bar admission in good standing Nevada Bar admission is a plus Experience taking a lead role in trials or arbitrations preferred Strong writing, advocacy, and case management skills Ability to manage matters independently This is a hybrid role based out of the firm’s Corona office. Attorneys work in the office when needed for client meetings, depositions, hearings, trials, and other court‑related matters, with flexibility to work remotely when schedules allow. Billable Expectations The firm’s billable model averages approximately six billable hours per workday. Compensation and Benefits Base salary ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 depending on experience. Associates are eligible for a monthly performance bonus once their average reaches six billable hours per workday for the month, with additional upside as billable averages increase.
