In this remote position, you will enjoy the flexibility of a work-from-home setup while benefiting from a structured schedule of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health and addiction-related needs, establishing rapport and trust.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the individual goals of each client, ensuring progress is measured regularly.

• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, applying appropriate therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies during case consultations.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring high standards of ethical practice.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an independent and valid LMHC license in New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
