This role will report directly to the Accounts Payable Manager and is responsible for processing payable invoices located within Finance and serving internal and external customers.

What you'll do:

• Completes payment and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
• Resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation.
• Ensures credit is received for outstanding memos.

What we're looking for:

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Required
• 3 years of experience in Accounting
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Data Entry Experience
• Attention to Detail
• PC Proficiency
• Thrives in an environment that is face paced and able to adapt to changing situation
