Junior Consultant (Operational Excellence)

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biopharmaceutical Technology, Life Sciences, Lean Manufacturing, or a relevant field Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) Strong data analytics and PowerPoint slide creation abilities Strong Communication & Presentation Skills Preferred Qualifications Proven Leadership experience with small teams Experience in project management or lean implementation Experience working in a GMP environment Build, update, and monitor detailed schedules for assigned scope areas Align deliverables across Engineering, Automation, CQV, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations for assigned scope areas Drive day-to-day follow‑up on action items, open issues, and dependencies Ensure coordination of interconnected or dependent commissioning and qualification activities Maintain accurate project records, dashboards, and provide progress updates Identify emerging risks in scope and scheduling; elevate as needed Act as a central point of contact for the scope area, ensuring smooth collaboration across functions About the Role Our colleagues are inquisitive and passionate individuals who continually strive toward achieving extraordinary results in everything they do.
