Gotham Enterprises Ltd is actively seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to become a vital member of our School Mental Health Team at our private educational institution located in Rio Rico, Arizona. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to provide essential mental health services within a supportive and dynamic school environment. As an LCSW, you will play a critical role in addressing the mental health needs of students while fostering their emotional growth and development.

This role is designed to be remote, with the core operations based in our outpatient office setting. You will work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts and rotating weekend schedules to accommodate school activities and student needs. Some on-call availability may also be required to address urgent mental health situations as they arise. Our remote work setting empowers you to engage with students and families using teletherapy tools while maintaining high standards of care.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for students to understand their personal histories, presenting issues, and unique risk factors that may impact their emotional well-being.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with students and their families, targeting issues such as anxiety, depression, social skills deficits, and behavioral challenges, all while promoting effective coping mechanisms.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused therapy, tailored to the specific needs of each student.

• Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions aimed at enhancing emotional regulation, building resilience, and fostering personal growth amongst students.
\n
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and psychiatric nurse practitioners, to coordinate comprehensive care and share insights for holistic treatment strategies.
\n
• Implement crisis intervention techniques during mental health emergencies, using de-escalation skills to ensure the safety and well-being of students while making timely referrals for higher-level care if necessary.

• Provide psychoeducation to students and families, equipping them with knowledge about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources for ongoing support.
\n
• Maintain precise and current documentation of all assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, in alignment with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences to share updates, promote collaboration, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our mental health services.

• Stay abreast of the latest legal, regulatory, and ethical guidelines pertaining to mental health practices within educational environments to ensure high standards of care.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is essential.
\n
• Possession of a current and valid LCSW licensure in the state of Arizona is required.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health or educational settings.

• Demonstrable knowledge of mental health disorders, trauma-informed care practices, and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Expertise in conducting mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment strategies.
\n
• Experience delivering high-quality individual and group therapy directed at school-aged children and adolescents.
\n
• Exceptional crisis intervention skills with a calm and composed demeanor in high-stress situations.
\n
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and rapport-building skills, particularly with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
\n
• Professional judgment, integrity, and a commitment to adhering to ethical standards in practice.

Experience within the educational system, particularly in school mental health or counseling settings, is highly desirable. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital therapy tools is an added advantage to enhance service delivery with our students.

The compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
