Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to determine clients' mental health needs, strengths, and potential resources.

• Provide tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with a diverse treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate group therapy and psychoeducation classes aimed at enhancing clients' coping skills and understanding of mental health challenges.

• Offer crisis intervention services including risk assessments, safety planning, and emergency support when necessary.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment interventions according to ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families, addressing various mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
