Estate Planning Attorney

Overview Mission Recruiting is conducting a confidential search for an Elder Law & Estate Planning Attorney on behalf of an established New York-based law practice. This full-time, in-office opportunity is available in Nassau County, Suffolk County, Westchester/Rockland, and the Mid-Hudson Valley and is ideal for an attorney with 3+ years of experience in elder law, estate planning, estate administration, probate, Medicaid planning, or trust planning. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients and their families while providing thoughtful guidance through complex estate and elder law matters. With no billable hour requirements , a collaborative team culture, and a strong focus on client service, this position is well-suited for attorneys seeking a rewarding long-term career.
