Personal Injury Attorney

Job Details Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year. Position: Personal Injury Attorney (full‑time, permanent). In this role you will manage cases from start to finish, draft and respond to motions, discovery requests and other litigation documents, and collaborate closely with attorneys and partners to deliver high quality legal services. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active bar admission in good standing. 1–5 years of litigation experience, specifically in personal injury cases. Proficiency in drafting and responding to motions, discovery requests, and other litigation documents. Familiarity with court practices and procedures. Proven ability to manage intricate litigation cases effectively. Exceptional research, analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Capacity to work independently and as part of a cohesive team. Meticulous attention to detail and superb organizational capabilities. Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
