Director, Global Tax Strategy & M&A Leadership

Shift4 Payments, LLC, a leader in commerce-enabling technology, seeks a Director of International Tax to guide U.S. international tax compliance, planning, and strategy for global growth.
This role partners with Finance, Treasury, Legal, and external advisors and may be based in Atlanta, GA or Center Valley, PA on a hybrid schedule. You will design and oversee Pillar 2, transfer pricing, and M&A integration, manage GILTI, FDII, BEAT, Subpart F, E&P, PTEP, and FTC models, and lead ASC 740 tax
