As a Customer Care Specialist I at Discount Tire, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers in a fast-paced retail tire environment. You’ll greet guests, answer questions on tires, wheels, and services, schedule appointments, and process transactions accurately. Working closely with sales and service teams, you’ll help ensure a safe, smooth, and positive customer experience. You’ll receive hands-on training, learn product and system basics, and build skills that support advancement into leadership roles within a people-first, safety-focused culture.
