Pool Division Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of pool installation projects, ensuring quality and efficiency from start to finish
- Supervise and support field teams, providing guidance and conducting performance reviews
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and professional communication
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and overall plans to ensure successful delivery
- Coordinate and delegate tasks to project team members
- Maintain accurate project records and handle administrative duties in the office
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Valid NC Driver’s license
- At least 2 years of experience in the pool or landscape industry
- At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to routinely lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions
