Interstate Heating and Air is a family-owned HVAC company looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who is also willing to assist with residential new construction installations when needed. No pressure sales quotas—we hire technicians, not salespeople. Pay

$30.00 - $33.00 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

·         Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems

·         Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections

·         Troubleshoot mechanical issues

·         Assist with residential new construction HVAC installations as needed

·         Install equipment, ductwork, vents, and related components

·         Maintain accurate service documentation

·         Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional appearance

·         Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications

·         Previous HVAC service experience required

·         Willingness to assist with residential new construction installations

·         Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

·         Excellent communication and customer service skills

·         Organized and dependable

·         Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

·         Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions

·         EPA Certification required
