Job Summary
We are seeking an Inventory Assistant to join our team. The Inventory Assistant will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts, and optimizing warehouse organization to support efficient operations. Additionally, the Inventory Assistant will be responsible for receiving and accurately tracking deliveries received at Leary's on weekday mornings.
Responsibilities
- Maintain fully stocked shelves across all product categories
- Oversee inventory control processes to maintain accurate stock levels
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and manage stock replenishment
- Implement efficient materials handling practices to optimize warehouse space
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
Skills
- Proficiency or willingness to gain experience in using inventory management software.
- Excellent communication skills.
