Bilingual Office Clerk

Location : Omaha, NE 68107 Pay Rate : $22.00/hr - $24.00/hr based on experience Shift: 3pm / 4pm until midnight (Thursday - Saturday may work beyond these hours due to high business needs) Schedule: Monday - Saturday Pinnacle Staffing Group is seeking a Bilingual Experienced Office Clerk. The Office Clerk coordinates and dispatches shipments while communicating with customers, carriers, and warehouse teams. Handles orders, shipping and receiving documentation, data entry, phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries. Ensures shipments and records are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time while following all workplace safety procedures. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and dispatches customers' shipments.
• Communicates to and coordinates with various warehouse/processing departments, customers, and carriers all pertinent information regarding shipments and receipts.
• Providing timely coverage of the telephone system along with other clerical duties.
• Responds to inquiries, processing orders and handling complaints in a prompt, courteous and effective manner.
• Ensuring that all shipping and receiving documents and functions are completed accurately and on time.
• Communicates with customers as required and in conjunction with the warehouse/processing manager(s), develops inbound and outbound freight schedules.
• Any further duties that are assigned.

Work Environment:

• Exposure to temperatures of an average of 38 to 28 degrees depending on the work assignment.
• The employee may encounter wet floors and/or damp areas.
• The employees may encounter meat products including blood/fat pieces.

Requirements:

• Bilingual
• The employee is required to follow all safety rules in place at the time of employment and encouraged to inform management of any perceived safety deficiencies.
• Must be able to verbally understand and execute work instructions.
• Ability to operate computer/calculator and phone system.
• Ability to receive & communicate directions.
• Ability to perform data entry, file records, send e-mails and faxes.
