Associate Attorney - Personal Injury Litigation

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney for its Personal Injury Litigation department in Los Angeles, CA. The successful candidate will join a team of dedicated professionals committed to achieving favorable outcomes for clients in wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic cases. Duties Participate in depositions and other hearings. Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Develop legal strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively. Develop and deliver arguments and represent clients in personal injury matters. Requirements Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar. At least one year of experience specializing in personal injury litigation. Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and public speaking skills. Ability to negotiate, research, and communicate both verbally and in writing. Ability to exercise common sense in complex situations. Adaptable and meticulous attention to detail. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications California State Bar license. Skills Critical thinking and problem-solving. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
