RESTAURANT SERVER ASSISTANT – US Open at Billie Jean King National Tennis Center Position Title: RESTAURANT SERVER ASSISTANT – US Open at Billie Jean King National Tennis Center Start Pay Rate: $13.45 per hour Location: USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center – Flushing, NY Seasonal dates of employment: August 23, 2026 – September 13, 2026 Must be available for the entire event: August 30 – September 13, 2026. Some positions also required for fan week August 23 – August 29, 2026. Summary: Assists servers with various dining room activities. Supports servers in preparing the dining room and table sets. Delivers orders to the table and buses tables. Performs other duties as assigned. Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards. Personal commitment to your own safety and that of others. Abides by all Company policies and procedures including but not limited to: The use of medium weight cut gloves when handling knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins, or cleaning a slicer. The use of oven mitts, fryer gloves, or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers, or steamtables. The use of slip‑resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques.
