Customer Service Advisor

Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement Greet and assist customers with product selection and personalization options Handle incoming orders, primarily through phone calls and emails Process customer orders and input accurate data into the system Inspect and perform quality checks on all finished products to ensure accuracy and workmanship Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with order pickups Monitor inventory and assist with purchasing supplies and materials as needed Prepare bids and quotes for customer-provided drawings and custom engraving jobs Qualifications Previous work in a customer-facing position Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent Comfortable using computers, software, and office equipment Strong customer service and communication skills Detail-oriented and able to follow precise instructions Strong focus on quality control and attention to fine details Basic understanding of inventory and supply ordering is a plus Ability to review and quote from customer drawings or artwork is a plus Compensation $17 - $20 hourly #J-18808-Ljbffr
