Kitchen Supervisor: Lead Training, Quality & Safety

Compass Group USA is seeking a Food-Service Supervisor in Mammoth Lakes, California, responsible for overseeing food-service associates according to company policies. You will train employees, manage work assignments and performance, and ensure the safety and quality of food supplies. Additionally, you will implement HACCP guidelines and directly interact with customers during meal periods to gather feedback. The role also includes cleaning and operating food-service equipment while maintaining standards of food rotation and minimizing waste.
