You already know how to sell. The question is what you want your sales ability to build.
Sure Path Financial is looking for driven sales professionals who want to bring their skills into financial services, build a client base of their own, and potentially grow into leadership and agency ownership.
You do not need an insurance background. If you know how to communicate, build relationships, follow up and close, we can teach you the industry.
What You’ll DoYou’ll meet with individuals and families to help them understand financial protection options, including:
- Life insurance
- Mortgage protection
- Retirement solutions
- Wealth and legacy protection
You’ll learn our sales process, develop your own book of business and work directly with experienced leaders who will help you build.
Where This Can GoThis does not have to stop at selling policies.
For people who perform and want to grow, there is a path to:
Learn → Sell → Build a Client Base → Lead → Build a Team → Agency Ownership
Some people will want to become highly successful producers. Others will want to develop and lead an organization. Both paths are available.
What We’re Looking ForInsurance experience is not required.
We’re especially interested in people who:
- Have sales, business development or customer-facing experience
- Are comfortable talking with people and earning their trust
- Are competitive and motivated by results
- Follow through without needing to be micromanaged
- Are coachable and willing to learn
- Want more control over what they can earn and build
You won’t be expected to figure out the industry on your own.
We provide structured training, coaching, mentorship, sales systems and ongoing support as you learn the business and begin working with clients.
CompensationThis is a 100% commission-based opportunity with no salary or hourly wage. Compensation is based on your production, with uncapped earning potential.
For candidates interested in building beyond personal production, additional growth opportunities are available through leadership and agency development.
