Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This onsite temporary opportunity is located in Middletown, DE and offers the chance to serve as a key point of contact for customers while supporting daily administrative functions. The ideal candidate will play an important role in maintaining a positive customer experience, coordinating service related requests, and ensuring information is accurately communicated across teams. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a steady volume of customer interactions.
Compensation:
$20.00/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

• Deliver responsive customer support through phone, email, and in person interactions while maintaining a professional and service focused approach.
• Coordinate and route customer inquiries, service requests, and urgent issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
• Review account information, provide accurate guidance, and ensure customer questions are addressed clearly and efficiently.
• Support front office operations by welcoming visitors and assisting with general customer needs as required.
• Maintain records and assist with administrative tasks such as document management, data review, and other operational support activities.

• Previous customer service experience in a fast paced environment with frequent customer interaction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to remain composed during challenging conversations.
• Demonstrated attention to detail when reviewing customer information and processing requests.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including basic Microsoft Excel skills and general administrative capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, accurately capture information, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
