Client Services Manager

Senior Manager Client Services The Sr. Manager Client Services is responsible for leading the execution of large-scale programs and projects, with a focus on driving client satisfaction and business growth. This role ensures effective day-to-day management for both internal and external clients while strengthening key client and retailer relationships. In addition to overseeing program management, research, status reporting, and budget tracking, the Sr. Manager is accountable for the creation and strategic implementation of initiatives that drive participation in Experiential services, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. Responsibilities: Develop short-term strategic plans to exceed client goals and deliver on company priorities Provide support for internal or external clients with day-to-day program management, proposal development, research projects, status reports, meeting recaps, and budget tracking Develop effective client and retailer relations to facilitate communication and execution with internal departments to ensure that deliverables are successfully achieved Train, coach, and supervise direct report(s) Sets goals and operational objectives to achieve operational results. Delegate tasks as appropriate for direct reports Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required 3-5 years of experience in Consumer products, brand, or agency, sales Experience in event execution and/or sales preferred Possess negotiation, project management and research, analysis, and presentation skills; Good Sales presentation and development skills Creative thinker and self-starter who can effectively handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Job Will Remain Open Until Filled
