PT Inpatient Rehab

Physical Therapist

Conduct and document patient evaluations. Develop and implement treatment plans and results. Provide formal and informal teaching to patients and family members. Provide full range of physical therapy services to children, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. Must be comfortable with travel between Mitchell and Thomas County in Georgia.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited professional program in physical therapy
• Licensed PT in Georgia
• BLS Certified
