Location: Salem OR - 100% onsite- 9-1pm M-F Duration: 6 months
Key Responsibilities
- General Office Support/ Administration
- Researches files, compiles and consolidates data and prepares special and periodic reports or inputs to special projects.
- Trains and administratively oversees work of less experienced colleagues, summer and temporary employees.
- Maintains and updates all physical and electronic files and records.
- Accounting/Budget Support
- Personnel Administration Support
- Purchasing/ Contracting Support
- Inventory/Supply Management Support
- IT/Database Management Support
- Safety Program Support
Functional Competencies
Intermediate knowledge of the structure and content of the English language, including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition and grammar. Intermediate knowledge of clerical/administrative procedures, requirements and techniques involved in carrying out the work of an organization. Intermediate skills in applying procedures and practices within the framework of established guidelines. Working knowledge of the company's budgeting procedures
Required Skills
Must have MS Office Suite can train on other programs. High School Diploma or GED. Detail Oriented, Communication Skills both orally and written, Problem Solving, Organizational skills, Strong work ethic, Learning /adaptability
