Role Overview

BEPC is seeking a motivated Research Associate to support our client’s Personalized Healthcare Solutions team. This is an onsite, early-career opportunity for a scientific professional with a Bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years of relevant post-college experience .

In this role, you will conduct laboratory research, development, and manufacturing experiments supporting innovative healthcare and diagnostic projects. You will contribute to scientific studies, analyze experimental results, maintain accurate laboratory documentation, and collaborate with project teams working to advance personalized healthcare solutions.

This position is particularly well suited for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build hands-on laboratory experience within the life sciences and diagnostics industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research, development, and manufacturing laboratory experiments supporting client projects.
• Apply scientific and technical knowledge to the execution and interpretation of experiments.
• Assist with experimental activities that contribute to overall project strategies and objectives.
• Prepare technical reports, experimental summaries, protocols, and quantitative analyses.
• Present and discuss experimental results with department members and project teams.
• Maintain complete and accurate laboratory documentation and electronic records.
• Follow applicable GMP, GLP, Design Control, and other established policies and procedures.
• Maintain familiarity with relevant scientific literature and developments within the field.
• Support collaborative scientific activities across research and project teams.
• May independently conduct assigned experiments as a principal investigator, as appropriate.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree; a degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline is preferred .
• 0–2 years of relevant post-college professional experience.
• Ability to conduct laboratory experiments while following established protocols and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate scientific documentation.
• Ability to analyze experimental data and communicate results effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within laboratory and cross-functional project teams.

Important Candidate Requirements:

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and no more than 2 years of relevant post-college experience. Candidates with a Master’s degree or Ph.D. are not being considered for this particular opportunity.

• Pay Rate: $23/hr
• Work Arrangement: Onsite
• Schedule: Full-time
• Contract Dates: To be provided
