Gullo Ford of Conroe is looking for a high-energy Commercial Sales Representative to join our elite fleet department. We aren't just looking for a salesperson; we are looking for a brand ambassador who can leverage their existing clientele and "make it happen" in an untapped market.

The Role
As a Commercial Sales Rep, you will be the face of our dealership to the local business community. You won’t just wait for customers to come to you—you will go to them.

• Drive Growth: Use prospecting skills and sales tools to identify and capture new B2B opportunities.
• Consultative Selling: Spend quality time with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert Ford vehicle solutions.
• Field Engagement: Travel to meet potential customers on-site to gain their trust and their business.
• Full-Cycle Management: Manage the process from initial quote and lead generation to final administrative close and long-term follow-up.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of previous Automotive Fleet/New Vehicle Sales Experience
• Proven experience in B2B or Outside Sales (Required).
• A strong desire to succeed and a positive outlook on goal achievement.
• Strong organizational and listening skills.
• A "customer-first" mentality with a focus on building a vision for the client.
