What We Offer Competitive hourly pay + leasing commissions Generous Paid Time Off (PTO): 120 hours (0–4 years of service) 160 hours (5+ years of service) Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Company-paid life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid holidays Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities Key Responsibilities Drive leasing activity to meet and exceed occupancy goals Conduct community tours and guide prospects through the leasing process Prepare lease agreements, collect deposits, and coordinate move-ins Maintain accurate prospect and resident records in property management systems Ensure model units and vacant apartments are clean, staged, and tour-ready Respond to prospect and resident inquiries in a timely and professional manner Support marketing efforts, including outreach and social media engagement Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies Qualifications Customer service or sales experience required; leasing experience preferred High school diploma or GED required Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfortable using social media platforms Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs as needed Must be available to work Saturdays About Us The Preserve at Crestwood is part of a people-first organization that values teamwork, promotes from within, and invests in employee growth.
