Kids Attendant

Location: 411 Mid Rivers Mall Dr, Saint Peters, MO 63376 Reports to: Assistant General Manager / Managing Partner Looking for a kids attendant who will be responsible for caring for children ages 12 months to 12 years old at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe. Position Overview The kids attendant allows club members to comfortably enjoy their workout knowing that their child is being safely cared for. Kids attendants focus on providing a positive childcare experience to Crunch members. Responsibilities Greet all members & guests with a smile Provide friendly atmosphere for members and children Provide proper registration and check‑out of children & parents Watch and care for children to ensure their safety Provide consistent interaction with children Initiate games, arts & crafts projects Bottle‑feed babies in accordance with parental direction Clean and sanitize toys Keep working area free of sharp or harmful objects Be courteous in answering the childcare phone Communicate information regarding children to parents/guardians Know, understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Required Skills & Experience Childcare experience and/or babysitting experience required Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service Proficient reading and writing skills Experience in a service‑oriented environment preferred CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire) Certifications, as local/state laws require Physical Requirements Able to lift 10 lbs. on occasionli> Needs to be able to stand, bend and squat with frequency Able to climb and hang decorations when needed Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required Compensation (Hourly) $13.75 PTO Subsidized health insurance coverage (health, dental, vision) for full‑time positions Basic Life and AD&D HSA Short‑term disability Free gym membership Part‑time and full‑time positions available Equal Opportunity Employer UDT is an Equal Opportunity Employer, a drug‑free workplace, and complies with ADA regulations as applicable.
