Location: Sam’s Club #8251, 2855 Veterans Memorial Pkwy, Saint Charles, MO 63303-3526 Position Summary Customer service associate responsible for membership communication, merchandising, operating the gas station/car wash, handling cash registers, and maintaining a safe environment. What You’ll Do Communicate membership types, benefits, and program details to current and prospective members to assist with account decisions. Provide customer service by acknowledging the customer, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and accurate pricing signage for the car wash/gas station area, handle claims and returns, zone the area, arrange merchandise, and identify shrink and damages. Receive, stock, and organize merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers. Operate cash registers and related tools to process purchases using appropriate procedures for different payment types. Operate and maintain gas station/car wash equipment and provide products and services to customers per company policies. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Preferred Qualifications None listed. Benefits & Compensation Hourly wage range: $17.00 – $25.00 (actual rate equal to or higher than the applicable minimum wage). Additional premium compensation ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Health benefits: medical, vision, and dental coverage.
